Standard Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in unworn condition with no signs of wear or alterations
- Original packaging must be included
- All accessories must be included
Return packages must be dropped off at USPS within 7 days of delivery.
If you contact our support team within the 7-day window, we will honor your return eligibility with a reasonable grace period to account for our response time.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. That's why we offer a stress-free cancellation option:
- Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled without any questions asked within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be cancelled but you can proceed with our standard refund process once you receive the order.

Free Returns
We are pleased to offer free return shipping for all orders within the United States.
- All standard US returns qualify for free return shipping.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns ship to our California warehouse.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide special return instructions to ensure your issue is properly addressed.
How to Request a Return

- Provide Details: Include your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returns Outside the Window
Products returned outside of the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
If a package is sent back to us outside of the return window, the items remain the responsibility of the customer. We can help you retrieve the products if you provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please email hello@shopatorie.com to arrange this.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags and packaging
